This is a really healthy combination of products to take for weight loss and antioxidants. Antioxidants help build up the body's defense against free radicals that are known to cause cancer. I've been taking this product for two years now. It was prescribed by my doctor after I stopped smoking and gained quite a bit of weight. I lost 60 pounds but also dieted vigorously and exercised regularly at the gym on the treadmill for 35 minutes. Oily discharge sometimes? you bet, but only when I ate meals with a high fat content. Couple bits of advice: if you feel like you need to fart, don't. You can't be sure of what will come out. Restrain yourself until you get to a toilet, just in case. Also, not only fried chicken and fried food have fat. Any kind of red meat has fat content.

so i was WAY skeptical about this, but a friend said it was legit. so i tried it and it was FANTASTIC! totally effective--kept my usually huge appetite down a lot--which isn't an easy thing to do! 2-3 pills per day and i was golden. high energy, but i wasn't all crazy like after a few cups of coffee--steady throughout the day.

I was looking for an all natural way to lose weight. I decided to try this product. I noticed a difference in the way I felt about food right away. hoodia ultra does what it says. My appetite gets curbed when I use it. I tried other products with appetitie suppressants but never felt right about the safety of them and some had left me feeling dizzy.
